Challenge:

Make employers come to terms with [and act on] their own bias in the workplace.

Idea:

Some companies offer free feminine higiene products to their employees, so Tampax will allow women to pay with them in order to close the gender pay gap for a day and create awareness of the fact that these products don't make up for the 23% missing in our salaries.
